My Philosophy Through my work as a healer, I help people live a more balanced life. I focus on helping individuals align and integrate their spiritual, mental, emotional and physical lives. Behind my healing is a belief that with commitment and courage, people ultimately heal themselves. My clients may have such issues as childhood traumas, depression, anger, divorce, monetary challenges, physical pain, or simply a longing for a deeper connection to themselves. I assist in their healing process and help them find a sense of well being and inner peace. Individual Healing During private sessions, I utilize a variety of tools and proven techniques to assist you in recovering inner peace and healing wounds. I begin with an interview to determine what your needs are, followed by Reiki, a light-touch, hands-on method of healing. I use my intuition to guide me further. I may use Guided Meditation, or Shaman Journeying to deepen the level of healing needed. Workshops
