Sacred Work I work with the Dharma Center in Westfield, New Jersey as a Shaman Healer/Counselor. I currently teach at the Union County Community College in their Continuing Education Program. I teach a meditation class, which is offered to senior citizens in Union County free of charge. The class includes use of Power Animal journeys, talking sticks, using crystals to lower stress, reduce anxiety and ways to empower the senior citizens in the class. Workshops I offer training on meditation, mask making, doll making, power of prayer, and information about Lynn Andrews' school. Council I hold a monthly Council meeting in Scotch Plains, New Jersey. Some of our activities include prayer, power animal journeys with a specific message each month, making prayer sticks, working with crystals, bringing in the Full Moon energies and/or New Moon energies, and using the Power Deck cards. Other Interests I am a certified Tennis Teaching Professional. I teach private and semi-private lessons and am currently the JV Girl's Tennis Coach at the Scotch Plains Fanwood High School, Scotch Plains, NJ. I love to sail. I own a J24 sailboat. I have sailed from New Jersey to Provincetown, MA and back. I love to play tennis, paddle tennis, cross country ski, and snorkel. I live with an amazing teenage daughter and two dogs. Credentials I am a certified Tennis Teaching Professional.
